Leadership Assessment Debrief

Service Description

**NOTE** This option is only available to clients or individuals who have been assigned an Energy Leadership Assessment. The assessment must be completed before you may request your debrief. --Thank You! This one of a kind attitudinal assessment will give you personalized insight into behaviors that are directly or indirectly impacting your leadership ability, career trajectory, relationships, sales, success, and even your bottom line.  The results create a baseline for where you want to go and how to get you there. Includes debrief up to 90 minutes with a certified professional coach to ensure understanding and set an expectation for next steps. Any coaching packages booked within 30 days of the assessment debrief will be reduced by half the cost of this assessment.

Cancellation Policy

Client agrees that it is the Client's responsibility to notify the Coach twenty-four hours in advance of the scheduled calls/meetings. Coach reserves the right to bill Client for a missed meeting. Coach will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting. Client agrees to be punctual for scheduled calls/meetings as tardiness in excess of 10 minutes will result in forfeiture of the scheduled time slot. Forfeited sessions are not subject to rescheduling. Tardiness that is less than 10 minutes will be deducted from the session.
